OUR PROCESS

Register for an Encounter

Sign up for any Encounter Weekend or One-Day Encounter, and you’ll automatically begin the process.

Complete all 6 Encounters

Attend each Encounter as you move through the full discipleship journey at your own pace.

Graduate & Celebrate

Upon finishing all 6 Encounters you’ll receive a certificate of completion and a new Study Bible.

Encounter Weekends include a 2-night stay at a retreat center with your own full bed in a shared room, several teaching and equipping sessions, training materials, and incredible meals throughout the weekend.

Come be equipped, empowered, and encouraged as you learn about the value of finding your purpose.

ENCOUNTER WEEKENDS

TRAININGS Offered annually

  • Are you living or just existing? Want to wake up with purpose every day? Come discover whose you are, who you are, and what you were created to do.

  • Has your heart been broken? Grief can become the filter through which you see everything, whether your loss comes from death, divorce, a career change, or another major transition.

    But God desires for us to begin again. This Encounter Weekend offers a Biblical perspective on loss and suffering, and a path toward rebuilding.

  • Do you have trouble reading the Bible? Do you find yourself confused, intimidated, bored, or unmotivated at times?

    Learn how to fall in love with God's Word and how the Bible helps us fall even deeper in love with God.

ONE-DAY ENCOUNTERS

A One-Day Encounter is a full day of Biblical teaching and training spent at our cozy office in downtown Rockwall. Lunch, snacks, coffee, and a printed workbook will be provided.

Come ready to be equipped, empowered, and encouraged. You will walk away with lifelong friends and lessons that will bring you closer to the Lord.

TRAININGS Offered annually

  • Do you know how to share your faith in today's culture? As Christians, we need to be able to respond to common questions and objections to our faith.

    We will learn how to answer those tough questions that tug at your heart and discover how to share your faith in a way that's not awkward.

  • What does it mean to disciple someone? What is the difference between mentoring, coaching, and discipling?

    How can we effectively and continually point people to Jesus?

    This One-Day Encounter is designed to help you discover how to disciple others in a Spirit-led way!

  • Empowered leaders empower relationships. This One-Day Encounter is designed to empower you to live and lead from a place of passionate pursuit of the Lord.

    Every woman is in a leadership position within her family, friend group, career, etc. Let us equip you and encourage you to lead with total reliance on the Lord!

All your questions, answered.

  • It’s simple! Just register for any of the Encounter Weekends or One-Day Encounters, and we will automatically begin tracking your progress through the program! We keep track of what you have attended, so if you forget which events you still need, just send us an email!

  • We celebrate each woman who completes or “graduates” from the Discipleship Program with a certificate of completion and a new Study Bible.

  • We offer each Encounter once a year, however, you have an unlimited amount of time to complete the Discipleship Program. Some women complete it in a year. Others have taken three years!
